Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team by email at hello@taztir.co.
Please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request

    • Email us at hello@taztir.co with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
    • In the email, include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Provide evidence

    • Briefly explain the reason for your return.
    • Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging (including any defects or issues, if applicable).
  3. Wait for review

    • Our Customer Service team will review your request and photos and let you know if your return is approved or not eligible.
    • This review usually takes 1–3 business days.
  4. Receive return address & instructions

    • If your return is approved, we will email you the return shipping address and detailed return instructions.
    • Please do not return any items before receiving this confirmation, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@taztir.co with your order number and refund confirmation.


Refund amount & non‑refundable fees

When you place an order, our payment partners (such as banks, card networks, digital wallets and Shopify) charge transaction fees on each payment. These fees are non‑refundable once the payment is processed, even if we later refund or cancel your order.
Because these costs are not returned to us, we are unable to refund these transaction fees to you.

1. Standard payment processing fees (all payment methods)

For most online payments, the non‑refundable processing fees generally include:

  • A percentage fee charged on the order amount (usually around 3.0%–3.55% of the order total);
  • A fixed fee per transaction (for example US $0.30 per order); and
  • An additional 2% Shopify transaction fee charged by Shopify on top of the above.

For PayPal payments, the non‑refundable fees include:

  • PayPal’s standard processing fees for your region; and
  • A 2% Shopify transaction fee.

We do not add any extra handling fee on top of what our payment providers charge.


2. Extra refund handling fee for card & digital wallet payments

For orders paid by credit/debit card or digital wallets
(e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay),
our card payment processor also charges an additional fixed refund handling fee each time we process a refund. This fee is also non‑refundable, and it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Currently, these refund handling fees are:

  • Visa / Mastercard / Maestro / Discover / Diners Club:
    US $1.00 per refund
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (processed via the above card networks):
    US $0.50 per refund

(If our payment processors update their pricing, the applicable fee will follow their latest rates.)


3. How your refund is calculated

For eligible returns, your refund will be calculated as follows:

Product price paid
– non‑refundable payment processing fees
(percentage fee + per‑transaction fee + 2% Shopify transaction fee)
– refund handling fee for card/digital wallet payments
(if your payment was made by credit/debit card or digital wallet)
– original shipping costs (if any, unless otherwise required by law)

The final amount you receive will depend on your original payment method and the fees actually charged to us by the relevant payment providers for your specific order.
