The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TAZTIR, a brand owned and operated by Shenzhen Baoshu E‑commerce Co., Ltd., located at Room 501, Digital China International Innovation Center Office Building, No. 82 Shenwan 2nd Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

TAZTIR operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TAZTIR is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Our products are currently shipped from our U.S. warehouse, and we primarily serve customers who provide valid shipping addresses within the United States (see Section 5 and our Shipping Policy for more details).

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as depicted in our online store.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case‑by‑case basis.

Our products are personal care and cosmetic products intended for external, non‑medical use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no content on the Services should be considered medical advice. You should always follow product directions, read ingredient lists carefully and, if you have any medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TAZTIR reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until TAZTIR confirms acceptance (for example, by email). We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and processing has begun. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. These amounts will be calculated (where applicable) and clearly displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Prices posted in our online store may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Services that are governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern for that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information (such as email address, card numbers and expiration dates) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that:

(iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
(iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

Order Processing Time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Regions and Methods
We currently ship physical products from our U.S. warehouse. At this time, we primarily serve customers with valid shipping addresses within the United States. Any shipping limitations or exclusions will be stated at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

Available shipping methods (such as Standard or Expedited) and their estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout and can also be found in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery times shown on the Services (for example, 3–7 business days for Standard Shipping, 2–3 business days for Expedited Shipping) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping Thresholds and Fees
If we offer free shipping above a certain order value (for example, free standard shipping for eligible domestic orders over a specific amount), these terms will be clearly stated on the Services and at checkout. For orders below that threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and shown before you place your order.

Risk of Loss and Damages in Transit
Once we hand your order over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. TAZTIR is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or events beyond our control. However, we want you to be happy with your experience—if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@taztir.co as soon as possible so we can help review the issue and, where appropriate, assist you in working with the carrier or finding a suitable solution.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our Refund Policy describes in detail the conditions under which you can request a return, exchange or refund, including:

the applicable return window (for example, 30 days from receipt);
the required condition of items (unopened, unused, with original packaging, etc.);
who is responsible for return shipping costs in different situations;
what happens in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items; and
how refunds are processed, including any non‑refundable payment processing fees.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the more detailed provisions in our Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will govern with respect to returns, exchanges and refunds.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.

Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of TAZTIR, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TAZTIR.

TAZTIR’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TAZTIR or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify’s names and logos are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and logos on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to tools or features offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.

TAZTIR is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with TAZTIR.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TAZTIR, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TAZTIR.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and, because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s privacy practices.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL TAZTIR, SHENZHEN BAOSHU E‑COMMERCE CO., LTD., OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through good‑faith negotiations shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory laws.
